Ocean’s Legacy New Zealand stands behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or email sales@oceanslegacy.co.nz.
Returns
Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 10 days of receipt
Products must be in original condition with appropriate packaging
Please include proof of purchase and your preferred outcome (refund or replacement)
Returns should be sent via registered mail
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Sale items are subject to the same policy

Warranty
Ocean’s Legacy products purchased from authorised retailers are covered by a 12-month warranty for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Shipping costs to and from our service agents apply.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, incorrect usage, exceeding rod ratings, impact damage (including rod holders or car doors), normal wear and tear, or commercial/rental use.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
